Hearse and Limousines

Our traditional fleet of Black Daimler DS420 hearse and limousines are available to you at this time.

The Hearse for the funeral with a chauffeur and sufficient bearers are also an essential part of our service, especially when your family's request is to go into church or place of worship, because, unless requested, we carry the coffin on our shoulders both into and out of the church. This we believe is the ultimate in reverence and respect, and reflects our past traditions.

Limousines are charged for separately. This ensures that the family is not charged for something they may not need or want. The charge for the limousines is fully inclusive to cover transport from the address at which your family requires to be picked up, through to your return to the final destination, whether this be a house or other venue where you may be returning to for refreshments. Each limousine is chauffeur driven and will carry up to six mourners.

Specialist Vehicles

Horse Drawn Hearse - Outstanding tradition and distinction.

Should you require a funeral with a little more elegance and style, our horse drawn hearse and coachman can provide that extra touch of distinction, to any procession. The coachman and groom wear traditional Victorian livery. Their horses are Belgium Blacks/Fresians which are traditional funeral horses dressed to the highest standards, wearing black or white ostrich feather plumes and can be turned out without drapes.

We are also able to offer a variety of "unusual" vehicles including a motor cycle hearse, silver hearse and limousine, a silver 4x4 Landrover fleet or a classic 1950 Leyland Beaver lorry which offers an excellent showcase for floral displays when required, as the owner creates special platforms to give the best display possible, the vehicle travels from Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire. These specialist vehicles are popular for those people who have worked with such machines throughout their lives.
